Expanded Vocational Tailoring
PProviding expert instruction in tailoring, jewellery-making, and sustainable farming.
Success in the Field
Women’s groups in Chimwaza and Jambawe have already seen remarkable success, harvesting and selling mushrooms and reinvesting their profits to scale up production.
Sustainable Income
We are driving financial stability through the sale of washable menstrual pads, mushroom production, and professional facility rentals.
Education & Health
Our commitment goes beyond the workplace and into the heart of the home and community:
Early Childhood Development (ECD)
With strong local support, we are constructing a temporary ECD centre to provide a creative and safe learning environment for 40 children.
Breaking Taboos
We are conducting vital research and community education to challenge myths surrounding menstrual health, hygiene, and family planning.
Advocacy and Safety
Through active Gender-Based Violence (GBV) awareness campaigns, we provide a lifeline for survivors, referring them to our partners for essential medical, legal, and psychosocial support.

Our team has undergone intensive financial trainings. We are currently preparing for TEVETA accreditation to certify our vocational training programmes.
